2012 Review and 2013 Outlook

2012 has certainly been an interesting year for M&A activity. Between the JOBS Act and the accumulation of massive dry powder, there was rarely a dull moment. The Romney-powered spotlight did its own part in adding to the excitement by exploring every nook and cranny of private equity. We can only hope that 2013 is just as exciting — hopefully for different reasons.

In this vein, we have constructed the 2012 Review & 2013 Outlook Survey below. We would love to hear your thoughts on the past year and what you think is in store for 2013.
