Advisor Finder utilizes 13 years of platform data to confidentially match business owners with advisors who have proven experience representing similar businesses. New advisors from Axial’s network become eligible for the program based on their platform activity data and relevant experience for a given owner.
In Q2, 52 business owners explored a sale or capital raise via Axial, and 33 M&A advisors joined Advisor Finder, a 2.89x and 1.74x YoY increase, respectively.
There were 82 introductions facilitated between owners and M&A advisors, with just over half of the businesses (51.22%) falling within the $1M-$3M EBITDA range. Consumer Goods and Healthcare ranked as the top 2 sectors for introductions, accounting for 56.10% of introductions. See the full breakdown below.
