Matthew Unterlack

Matthew Unterlack is the Executive Director of SRS Acquiom’s Indemnification Solutions business, which includes its transactional insurance brokerage business. Matthew advises clients on the various ways M&A indemnification obligations can be collateralized, including through the use of traditional indemnification solutions such as escrows and transactional insurance products such as R&W Insurance, Tax Insurance, and Contingent Liability Insurance. Matthew was formerly a Vice President, Underwriting Leader at QBE Insurance Company, responsible for quoting and underwriting transactional insurance opportunities, and spent over 15 years with AIG's legal department, including serving as the lead attorney for AIG's M&A Insurance Group and AIG’s Risk Finance Division. Prior to that he was a Corporate Attorney in New York at Rosenman & Colin LLP, now known as Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.
