Lyons Solutions, LLC, an investment bank focused on the sale, merger, acquisition, divestiture, and recapitalization of companies, announced that its client, IT consulting and recruiting company, CSI, has been acquired by White Wolf Capital in a recapitalization transaction. This transaction will provide access to additional capital and resources to support accelerated growth initiatives. White Wolf is a private investment firm focused on management buyouts, recapitalizations, as well as control investments in leading middle market companies. Lyons Solutions, LLC and White Wolf Capital are Axial members, who were introduced by their Axial Business Development Consultant in 2015, a connection which ultimately led to this closed transaction.
