Today we are excited to announce that Inc. Magazine has recognized Axial as one of the fastest growing private companies in America. At number 570 on the 2015 Inc. 5000 list, we’re proud to celebrate over 800% growth over the last three years.

We’re especially honored to join the respected company of some of the most compelling private companies as we strive to open up the private capital markets to the benefit of the world’s entrepreneurs. For more than 5 years, we’ve been committed to connecting companies like these to the advice and capital they need as they plan their paths for growth and exit.

Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to and what’s to come:

• 20,000 Members — including CEOs, advisors, lenders and investors — are using the Axial network to source, manage and close more deals. Some of our most recent members include Oaktree Capital, Global Industrial Services and Silver Point Capital.
• Over 250 private companies join Axial every month. CEOs like Paul Rodriguez and Jeff Forbus use Axial to raise capital, explore their exit options, and identify acquisition targets.
• We’ve recorded a conservative estimate of half a billion in deal volume initiated on Axial going into close each quarter.
• Our second annual one-day conference, Axial Concord, is selling out. We expect over 400 deal professionals and company owners to join us for a packed day of content, conversations and connections around imminent transactions.
• We’ve tripled headcount over the past three years and by the end of 2015 will be sporting a brand new headquarters at 902 Broadway in the Flatiron District of NYC.

Now, over 80 employees strong and with an eye on 2016, we are setting the course for another year of record growth and looking forward to several exciting new product launches in the second half of 2015.
