Columbia River Partners (CRP) is a seven-person independent sponsor with a large advisor network and three locations up and down the West Coast. CRP has completed 12 investments since its founding in late 2019, seven of which are active platforms, plus another five add-on acquisitions.

Early in CRP’s second year of membership, the team used Axial to identify a new platform investment: Business Solution Partners. The transaction closed at the start of 2023, and CRP set its sights on finding growth opportunities for its portfolio. The CRP team successfully closed the add-on acquisition of Net Activity in November 2023.
