Jodara LLC is the entity through which I am doing work as a fundless sponsor. As serial operator and entrepreneur, I have built relationships with a number of Private Equity and Venture firms as well as family offices who have expressed interest in sponsoring a deal if I find a business I would be willing to acquire, invest in personally, and run as the future CEO. My objective is to find a business with strong competitive and selling potential that can be served well by stronger management and meaningful capital investment.

Olaoluwakitan (Ollie) Osunkunle, an individual investor, is looking to acquire one business. Given his background as a medical doctor and management consultant in healthcare, his focus is on businesses within the healthcare and consumer health spaces.

I am an individual investor. I recently exited the two companies that I founded. I'm not looking to buy another business that fits my specific skillset. I have access to outside capital but will also be using my own personal wealth as well.
