Bolina intends to finance the acquisition through a variety of sources, including Bank Debt, seller financing/earnouts, mezzanine and Bolina own capital. While Industry and geography agnostic, Bolina would prioritize IT MSPs in the state of Florida. Bolina's own capital initially comes from its owner capital, who is already an individual accredited investor.
