I am transitioning out of the CFO role of a SMB food manufacturer to start a consulting practice in the fractional CFO space. While doing that, I'm conducting a search to acquire a business that can be grown as then operate as an owner/operator. I take a long term view in my investment and operating approach. I've attended the Main Street Summit in Columbia, MO put on by Permanent Equity, read Walker Deibel's, Buy Then Build, consuming podcasts and other materials in the acquisition entrepreneurship space.

Because of the above and the network I have I have multiple investors who are ready, willing, and able to capitalize deals I bring them as a self-funded searcher. All of these investors are accredited investors. I have not set up a fund because I would rather capitalize deal-by-deal. I am targeting businesses in the ranges your site lists.
