We often get feedback from our members about the importance of consistent communication in their professional relationships. When you make an introduction or send a teaser, you expect to get a response, even if that response is a polite decline. Furthermore, you expect that response in a matter of hours, or a couple days at most. Hearing back weeks later is too long.
With that in mind, we are happy to announce our new Responsiveness Score. Now, when evaluating Axial members for a sell-side opportunity with our Projects tool, you will be able to see a measure of how often, and how quickly, members act on the deals they receive access to.
As of today, you can see Responsiveness Scores for all of Axial’s buy-side members on both Recommendations and Deal List within any of your Projects. We’re working right now to expand Responsiveness Scores to the rest of the network as well – stay tuned for more information on that rollout and other refinements to the metric.
If you have any thoughts or feedback on how we can improve responsiveness metrics on Axial, let us know at [email protected]! We’re excited to continue working with you to make Axial the best place to find and close middle-market deals.
