Advisor Finder utilizes 14 years of platform data to confidentially match business owners with advisors who have proven experience representing similar businesses. New advisors from Axial’s network become eligible for the program based on their platform activity data and relevant experience for a given owner.
In Q3, 55 business owners explored a sale or capital raise via Axial, and 24 M&A advisors joined Advisor Finder, a 3.93x and 1.41x YoY increase, respectively.
There were 70 introductions facilitated between owners and M&A advisors, with 30% of the businesses falling within the $1M-$3M EBITDA range. A total of 10 unique sectors were represented in these introductions, with Technology and Healthcare ranking in the top 2, accounting for 55.71% of introductions. See the full breakdown below.
