An Overview of Q4 2024
In Q4, 39 business owners explored a sale or capital raise via Axial, bringing the annual total to 209, a 154.88% increase from 2023.
New Business Owner Axial Members
There were 73 introductions facilitated between owners and M&A advisors in Q4, with 58.9% of the businesses falling within the $1M-$3M EBITDA range. A total of eight unique industries were represented in these introductions, with Healthcare and Business Services ranking in the top 2, accounting for 47.95% of introductions.
